Requirements
- Deep expertise in business process reengineering, operational excellence, and intelligent automation
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in business workflows
- Proficiency in process modeling tools, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), and performance analytics
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and change management practices
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or intelligent automation platforms are a plus
- Experience in AI-driven transformation or enterprise technology programs is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide efforts to reimagine and redesign business processes for AI integration and automation
- Partner with data science, engineering, and IT teams to embed AI capabilities into redesigned workflows
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- Establish process documentation standards and governance for AI-enabled workflows
- Monitor performance of reengineered processes and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with the Readiness & Adoption and Workforce Transformation leads to support change management and user enablement
- Represent the AI Hub in enterprise forums focused on operational transformation and digital innovation
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or digital strategy roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Define team goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with enterprise AI strategy
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and succession planning for process transformation talent
