OneOncology is looking to improve the lives of everyone living with cancer through a patient-centric, physician-driven, and technology-powered model, and this role will help drive that mission by generating insights and delivering actionable information to support practice growth and development.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and datasets including EMR and billing data (CPT/HCPCS codes and ICD 10 codes), billing processes, and reimbursement models
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (or other data visualization tools)
  • Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets and applying analytics to business strategy
  • Skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable language to effectively educate and align key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to scope and lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
  • Experience leading a team or managing team members

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, finance, and operations to understand teams’ analytical needs
  • Advise internal and external teams on how available data can be used to provide insight to support growth initiatives
  • Design and implement analytical components of projects to support service line planning (i.e. radiation oncology, imaging, lab, and others)
  • Design analyses and models to support service line expansion (e.g., evaluating the impact of adding radiation oncology, PET/CT, or laboratory services)
  • Develop strategic frameworks to support and lead key bodies of work to inform practice growth
  • Integrate diverse datasets (clinical, claims, billing, market data) to provide a comprehensive view of practice opportunities
  • Supervise and develop a team of analysts

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ work experience; experience working for the healthcare industry, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or consulting firm
  • Manage relationships with internal business partners to ensure alignment and execution
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer
  • Experience working in a team environment
