Lantern is looking to solve the problem of providing high-quality, cost-effective specialty care to its members, and is seeking a Manager, Clinical Research and Outcomes to drive clinical research strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical or regulatory writing within the healthcare, business, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
  • 2+ years of research experience at a think tank, health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
  • Demonstrated excellence in written communication with a readily available writing sample
  • Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive key takeaways and best practices
  • Knowledge of healthcare journals and academic publications
  • High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to data and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of written papers, projects and abstracts
  • Contribute to clinical research roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Identify opportunities for additional research collaboration and publication output (e.g., conferences)
  • Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Analyze complex data and derive key takeaways and best practices
  • Lead epidemiological outcomes research leveraging claims (and other) data

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., PhD, MPH, MSPH with healthcare focus especially in biostatistics)
