Lantern is looking to solve the problem of providing high-quality, cost-effective specialty care to its members, and is seeking a Manager, Clinical Research and Outcomes to drive clinical research strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in medical or regulatory writing within the healthcare, business, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
- 2+ years of research experience at a think tank, health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication with a readily available writing sample
- Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive key takeaways and best practices
- Knowledge of healthcare journals and academic publications
- High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to data and documentation
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of written papers, projects and abstracts
- Contribute to clinical research roadmap and long-term strategy
- Identify opportunities for additional research collaboration and publication output (e.g., conferences)
- Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyze complex data and derive key takeaways and best practices
- Lead epidemiological outcomes research leveraging claims (and other) data
