Netflix is building the next generation of advertising business tools, products, and formats. The Ads Consumer Insights team needs to uncover and deliver research and insights that translate directly into product and business impact, guiding the development of advertising experiences and features.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading mixed methods research supporting product innovation and development.
- 5+ years of experience in ads; particularly understanding and balancing the tradeoffs between our business, our consumers, and our advertisers.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of researchers who specialize in qualitative/quantitative studies and various analytical approaches.
- Clear, demonstrable experience as a product researcher, experience strategist, service designer, or similar role, with a proven record of seeing products from concept to delivery
- Effective verbal and written communication style, distilling complex multi-method research reports into understandable, compelling, and actionable insights
- Experience presenting to and consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders, ideally as part of a leadership team

- Develop, execute, and deliver best-in-class quantitative research to address insights needs.
- Lead mixed methods research supporting product innovation and development.

- Lead teams of researchers who specialize in qualitative/quantitative studies and various analytical approaches.
- Distill complex multi-method research reports into understandable, compelling, and actionable insights.
- Build a team of researchers that will represent our advertisers and consumers to surface unseen opportunities and influence the direction of our growing ads business.
- Partner with Design, Product Management, Engineers, and Data Scientists to create a competitive advantage for Netflix Ads.
