KFC US is looking to enhance customer engagement, optimize digital performance, and drive sales growth across all ordering channels by developing data-driven strategies and extracting actionable insights from their data platforms.
Requirements
- Familiarity with full-cycle data mining (prep, modeling, visualization, interpretation).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics platform (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with advanced insight and analytics tools.
- Experience with advanced data warehousing platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS.
- Experience with the MARTEC stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop a 3-year KFC US analytics insight and reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand priorities.
- Co-Lead the creation and standardization of core business and performance metrics (e.g., customer lifetime value, conversion, retention) that align to the overall AIDA strategy.
- Lead critical analytics projects driving insights and correlations to drive growth.
- Build a scalable, self-service analytics framework to accelerate insight generation.
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools using internal and external data sources.
- Use statistical techniques across disparate data sources to analyze, report and communicate insights.
- Analyze digital touchpoints (mobile app, web, third-party platforms) to optimize engagement and conversion.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business analytics, data science, or another quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in omni-channel analytics, preferably in a consumer-facing or QSR environment. QSR experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with managing a diverse geographical team. Offshore team management experience is a plus.
