The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of delivering high-impact data engineering and analytics projects that bridge business strategy and technical execution in the United States.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, and modern data engineering tools.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, IFRS17).
- Experience enabling analytics, BI, and AI/ML initiatives in complex environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Databricks, Snowflake) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud-native solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements in data engineering, analytics, and digital transformation from strategy through hands-on implementation.
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-native solutions across platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Oversee and optimize data integration, quality, and governance frameworks for large-scale organizations.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring solutions are innovative, scalable, and operationally excellent.
- Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Drive business development by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Advise C-level and senior stakeholders on data strategy, architecture, governance, and technology adoption to drive measurable business value.

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or analytics consulting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and influence executives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel based on client needs.
