BMO is looking to evolve data management practices, enable robust data quality, and reduce data risk for the People & Culture and Corporate Real Estate functions.
Requirements
- High technical proficiency, and skilled in working with citizen development tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Data Management tools data catalogue, Lineage, Data Quality
- Robotic processing automation nice to have
Responsibilities
- Analyzes structured and unstructured data to support the design and development of a business / group curated data model.
- Identifies and implements the optimum means to collect, process, analyze and report on information and ensure ongoing accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Supports the assessment, root cause analysis, and formulating proposed solutions/remediation strategies to improve data quality.
- Documents and maintains operational procedures and processes for data management practices.
- Performs quality assurance activities to ensure handling, storage, and collection of data complies with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Develops data solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Manages and supports the expansion of Data and Records inventories.
Other
- 3+ years of Data Management experience in complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with process design and documentation
- Strong service management and service delivery orientation
- Continuous improvement mindset while automating manual processes
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to relay complex information in a manner suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
