Webster Bank's Chief Controls Office needs to develop high-impact dashboards using Power BI to support accurate and efficient reporting, provide visibility into the bank's risk and control environment, and enable data-driven decision-making for Board and Management-level reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards in Power BI
• Power BI certification
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (e.g., RCSA, QA, control testing)
• SQL or scripting experience for data extraction and transformation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, control owners, and governance committees.
• Own the process of gathering and validating data inputs from various sources.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data used in reporting.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics including KRIs, KPIs, and other indicators used in Board and Management-level reporting.
• Prepare for future integration with platforms like ServiceNow, ensuring continuity and scalability of reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Respond quickly to urgent requests from executives and senior stakeholders.
