Requirements
- You have expert level knowledge on Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
- You have expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and multi-agent frameworks.
- You have strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and testing.
- You are familiar with AI regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and mentor a cross-functional data science team focusing on the commercial chain.
- You will drive development of ML and AI solutions, from traditional analytics and machine learning to generative and agentic AI applications.
- You will partner with internal data and software engineering teams to embed practical AI into existing and new applications utilizing the full potential of the organization’s data assets.
- You will champion best practices in data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
- You will communicate results and increase literacy with senior leaders and peers.
- You will advance thought leadership and strategy on AI regionally and globally.
- You will utilize both existing and emerging technology to realize value.
