Zeta Global seeks a Manager, Data Science and Analytics to serve as a trusted analytics partner to clients in Healthcare/Financial Services/Telecom industries, focusing on improving ROI and market share.
Requirements
- Use personalization, ad-tech, or mar-tech.
- Use SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Python.
- Use statistical analysis and/or predictive modeling techniques.
- Use skills in marketing measurement, advanced analytics, optimizations, A/B and multivariate testing.
- Use understanding of machine learning models and other complex data analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Utilize data and insights to drive campaign measurement, prescriptive optimizations, and develop a path to consistent performance that exceeds client expectations.
- Assist in the development and deployment of state-of-the-art predictive and self-adjusting ML models to significantly enhance campaign performance.
- Use SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Python.
- Use statistical analysis and/or predictive modeling techniques.
- Use skills in marketing measurement, advanced analytics, optimizations, A/B and multivariate testing.
- Use understanding of machine learning models and other complex data analysis techniques.
- Undertake quarterly strategic Data and Analytics projects that create added value for company and its clients.
Other
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and train them to serve as independent analytics leads with clients.
- Partner with HR and Senior Leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top analytics talent and build a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals.
- Create annual performance.
- Objectives and Key Results for each analyst.
- Recommend performance ratings, promotions, and corrective action plans for direct reports based on observed performance metrics and feedback.
- Assign tasks.
- Provide coaching to strengthen technical skills, expand industry expertise, improve business acumen, strengthen client relationship management, and promote a collaborative team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations) to establish repeatable frameworks for actionable insights.
- Option to telecommute three days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or Data Science plus 5 year of experience in job offered or in similar occupation
