Tyson Foods is looking to deliver cohesive, memorable, and premium design experiences for its legacy brands, including Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Sara Lee, Aidell’s, Ball Park and Wright Brand Bacon, by building a vision for brand design and creating a competitive advantage through best-in-class design.
Requirements
- Expert in CPG with experience in digital and experiential design
- Proficient in the design process from ideation through to implementation
- Versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AI framework, tools and platforms
- Familiarity working within established brand guidelines and extensive design tools
- Comprehensive CPG experience
- Solid understanding of brand design fundamentals and problem solving as demonstrated by your portfolio
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and layouts for various initiatives including packaging, digital and experiential
- Infuse storytelling and brand purpose into design
- Design break-through and award-winning work that sets new standards in creativity
- Bring to life brand architecture frameworks that serve to maintain brand consistency and inspire best-in-class design
- Art direct photoshoots
- Partner with packaging production team to ensure accurate design intent
- Attend press checks, review and approve proofs
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a proven strategic brand design manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and set realistic expectations
- Must be willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas, if not already located there
