Responsibilities

  • Lead, measure, and evolve DevOps and DevSecOps capabilities using DORA principles.
  • Establish technical direction for DevOps initiatives, ensuring guidelines for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud deployments.

  • Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for high-scale, high-velocity environments.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, and governance teams to mature our Cloud Platform adoption and deployment strategies.
  • Drive tooling, process, and capability improvements in close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and software engineering teams.
  • Support live site operations, participate in incident resolution, and champion reliability engineering practices.

Other

  • Lead and grow our DevOps capabilities across one or more product domains.
  • Manage a small but impactful team.
  • Mentor your team, shape architecture decisions, contribute to technical stories, review code, and actively participate in design discussions.
