Requirements
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, content architecture, and modular design
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO basics, responsive design, and email marketing tools
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable UX improvements
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools or emerging UX technologies (nice to have)
- Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives (nice to have)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in executing the enterprise digital UX vision across websites, email platforms, and landing pages.
- Translate business goals and audience insights into intuitive, consistent, and on-brand user experiences.
- Lead execution and maintenance of brand web pages, email templates, and landing pages from concept through launch and optimization.
- Apply modular design systems and content frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Define and implement test-and-learn strategies using A/B and multivariate testing.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO/GEO best practices across brand websites and email content.
- Stay current on UX best practices, tools, and digital behaviors.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience in digital UX, web/email management, or digital project execution
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
