Synchrony's Risk Team is looking to solve the problem of independently overseeing Synchrony’s risk-taking activities to ensure safety and soundness, meet regulatory and legal requirements, and manage risks to the risk-appetite of the Board, specifically within the Enterprise Risk Governance and Compliance platform eGRC SAI 360
Requirements
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing eGRC platforms like SAI360 BWise, including workflow automation, dashboards, and scripting
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence for managing eGRC projects and documentation
- Basic knowledge of Vue.js or similar frameworks for designing user interfaces
- Understanding of GraphQL for efficient data querying and integration
- 2+ years of experience working on SAI360 BWise or any other similar GRC platform like MetricStream/Archer/ServiceNow
- 1+ years of SQL and GRC experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design/configure solutions within the eGRC platform, including development of forms, dashboards, workflows, and automation
- Manage project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely implementation of platform modules and enhancements
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure configurations align with architecture standards and best practices, including review of technical deliverables
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders—including analysts, product owners, QA, and leadership—to clarify requirements, communicate updates, and support smooth delivery
- Drive quality assurance, process improvements, compliance adherence, and governance throughout solution development and deployment

- Bachelor's degree with 4+ Years of work experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance Solution Development & Design and in lieu of degree 6 years of work experience
- Proven ability to manage delivery timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Must not be any corrective action plan (Formal/Final Formal)
- L4 to L7 Employees who have completed 12 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role and level are only eligible
