Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying solutions using modern programming languages and cloud-native platforms (e.g., Angular, Node.js, Python, C-Sharp, . NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, AWS).
  • Proficient in designing, building, and supporting cloud-.native architectures leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, RDS, Glue, Step Functions, MSK, SNS/SQS, and Athena.
  • Demonstrated expertise building scalable microservices and using FaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance practices within Agile development environments.
  • Experience exceeding 5 years with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Advanced skills in serverless and containerized architectures across public clouds.
  • Expertise implementing and optimizing highly available, scalable solutions using a broad suite of AWS services.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of high-quality, lean solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion product integrity and alignment, overseeing architecture, design, development, and support.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability; create technical specs, write and review code, and mentor team members.
  • Rapidly experiment and iterate to deliver effective solutions that address evolving customer needs.
  • Deliver solutions in small, actionable steps, adapting quickly to feedback and changing requirements.
  • Integrate diverse perspectives within empowered teams to deliver optimal business value.
  • Apply expertise in modern software practices, Agile, and DevSecOps to enable automated, high-frequency deployment.

Other

  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited sponsorship may be available.
  • One of the following accreditations obtained: + Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA + If not CPA eligible: + - Licensed attorney - Enrolled Agent - Technology Certifications
  • Prior experience supporting projects in the Fintech domain, with a focus on complex financial systems or advanced calculations and algorithm development.
