Cardinal Health needs to ensure compliance with CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and PIP (Partners in Protection) programs, manage business partner screenings, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with CTPAT/PIP programs and minimum security requirements preferred
- Licensed Customs Broker and/or NCBFAA CCS preferred.
- Superior MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely filing of all Cardinal Health CTPAT and PIP security profiles annually, and that portals remain up-to-date with proper documentation, SOPs, and company information
- Lead Revalidation Audits as scheduled by US Customs & Border Protection and the Canada Border Services Agency
- Maintain and update all SOPs related to CTPAT, PIP, and warehouse procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CTPAT and PIP requirements and related minimum security criteria, communicating changes to leadership and other appropriate parties
- Perform annual CTPAT risk assessments to identify at-risk sites, suppliers, trade lanes, etc., and develop and execute corrective action plans
- Collaborate with Global Security and Quality teams to ensure compliance with Minimum Security Criteria at US-based receiving locations, and provide relevant trainings to global importing and exporting locations
- Perform business partner screenings of brokers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain partners
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Strong international business experience working for large, multinational companies
- Must be an independent, self-driven worker who is comfortable owning processes with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to develop cross-functional relationships and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
