Homebase Medical is looking to optimize the quality of life for homebound older adults by enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes, requiring configuration and maintenance of Salesforce Health Cloud to drive business value and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including at least 1 year with Salesforce Health Cloud* in a healthcare environment.
- D365 expertise
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Strong grasp of HIPAA, PHI compliance, and security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud to drive business value.
- Bring design thinking to create a Health Cloud vision that meets and exceeds operational expectations.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across integrations with EHRs, scheduling systems, and mobile field tools.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for operational users and leaders.
- Manage user provisioning and ensure HIPAA-compliant access controls for clinical and operational users.
- Partner with clinical informatics and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making.

- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an agile or scrum-based delivery model.
- Solid understanding of value-based care models and the unique needs of home-based or mobile medical practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
