Requirements
- Building and delivering analytical frameworks to evaluate contract performance, rebate utilization, chargeback trends, and the financial impact of contracting strategies across channels and customer segments.
- Developing gross-to-net forecasting tools, scenario analyses, and simulation models to quantify the impact of pricing and contracting decisions on net revenue.
- Designing methodologies to monitor payer coverage, formulary positioning, utilization management practices, and market share shifts within the U.S. healthcare landscape.
- Expertise in advanced analytics using healthcare-focused data sets used by pricing and market access specifically contracting teams in the pharma and biotech industry.
- Proficient in data transformation and data analysis tools like Python (preferred), R, Stata.
- Advanced proficiency in data design concepts with ability to translate data to insights to guide data scientist and data engineers on business rule translation to transform data to strategic insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel for analytics and strategic insight visualizations for decision support.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of individual contributions to client engagements while elevating the analysis and insights, and infusing client-centric depth for content, expertise, and knowledge to project deliverables.
- Contribute to project planning and execution by ensuring alignment of project delivery to client needs and objectives.
- Delivery of individual contributions to client engagements, driving research and analysis to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and deliverables.
- Project manage individual work across diverse disciplines and teams, keeping leadership abreast of risks, issues, milestone progress, and requirements for escalation.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with clients by delivering high-quality, tailored recommendations and obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Proactively participate in the development of Simon-Kucher's analytics offerings by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing new capabilities, thought leadership, and tools to advance clients' business goals.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and independently present project work-stream findings and recommendations to senior clients, incorporating feedback.

- Strong knowledge of and passion for the pharma and life sciences sector.
- An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA, or other advanced degree is a nice-to-have.
- Minimum 4+ years of full-time work experience in a professional services environment, ideally in strategy consulting, serving the healthcare and life sciences industry.
- In-office or client site presence 2-3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid working model.
