Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, support, and lifecycle management of OpenShift Container Platform and associated container orchestration infrastructure
- Oversee the delivery and support of Red Hat Dev Spaces to enable cloud-native development workflows
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate Ansible Automation Platform into platform operations and developer onboarding
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance across containerized workloads and developer environments
- Monitor and improve resource utilization, uptime, and performance of container platforms and developer tools
- Oversee and execute: Infrastructure that supports application development (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
- Oversee and execute: Frameworks, libraries, and tools to provide standardize development and operations
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- 5 - 7 years relative work experience
- 1 - 3 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise
- Ability to guide, influence and persuade others, primarily internally
- Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders
