Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers.
Develop and maintain ML models that make personalized and at-scale decisions for notifications budgeting, pacing, content portfolio and intelligent delivery timing.
Help develop and shape Pinterest’s Notifications strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists and product marketing managers.

Other
Ph.D. with 5+ years or Masters with 6+ years of industry experience working on production machine learning systems at scale, including recommendation, search, growth and/or ads systems.
2+ years experience on managing ML engineering teams with 5+ engineers.
Experience in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and deliver on business outcomes.
