QVC Group, Inc. is looking to support its 24x7 business operations by providing leadership and oversight for its IT infrastructure, specifically in the areas of Unix, Linux, Enterprise Data Storage, and Backup technologies. The goal is to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations through effective management of IT teams, vendor relationships, and technology implementation.
Requirements
- Cloud administration experience (preferably Azure)
- Experience developing long-term strategies and portfolios for system administration and backup (overseeing installations, upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning)
Responsibilities
- Lead the QVC IT and Offshore Manage Services teams - overseeing daily system administration operations and workflow
- Oversee change management processes using ServiceNow workflows
- Guide best practices and tool usage, ensuring adherence to technical standards in both on-premises and cloud environments on system administration and backup platforms.
Other
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of managerial experience in a medium-to-large IT environment
- Experience managing remote teams in 24x7 IT environment
- Experience with Managed Service Providers and leading offshore teams
- Hybrid role based in West Chester, PA.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and PCI requirements, collaborating with internal and external auditors to uphold the highest standards of security and stability
