Requirements
- Strong technical background in engineering, with expertise in cardiovascular product platforms
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and processes
- 6+ years of experience in engineering, with a strong focus on design, product development, lifecycle management, and sustaining engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement innovation strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
- Manage product lifecycle initiatives across existing products (with focus on CP, 5.5 and RP pump systems) providing direction and mentorship to drive high performance.
- Foster a culture of driving innovation while building confidence in the scale of high quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and specifications.
- Leverage Product Development & Design expertise to support escalations and triage sustaining requests across the pump systems.
- Support initiatives that provide enhancements of existing products, or drive operational efficiency.
- Shape and implement strategies for product design for manufacturing (DFM).
