Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional data and reporting teams focused on delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
- Drive the adoption and governance of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to enable business users to build self-service solutions with proper oversight.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data initiatives, from requirements gathering and data modeling to deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and domain experts to design robust data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting structures.
- Utilize Databricks to manage large-scale data processing, develop notebooks for analytics, and support machine learning initiatives.
- Implement data governance frameworks, data quality assurance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.

- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years required, 7 years preferred of data processing, system analysis design, and operations experience.
- 3 years preferred of supervising work of subordinate employees experience.
