Requirements
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and BI concepts
Advanced SQL skills (ideally Big Query) and performance tuning
Expertise in Qlik, Tableau or Looker
Expertise with Google Cloud Platform services and other big data technologies
Advanced knowledge and expertise in data modeling
Experience in Adobe Clickstream, Adobe Analytics
Basic computer operation
Responsibilities
Establish reporting, dashboard and data engineering KPIs and strategy for the broader team
Lead the development and execution of the business intelligence (BI) strategy to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for stakeholders across the business.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive performance, forecast trends, and monitor KPIs.
Drive the evaluation and implementation of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL, Python, dbt).
Stay current with BI trends and recommend innovations that improve data accessibility and insight generation.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, and reporting specialists.
