JPMorgan Chase is looking to hire a Manager of Software Engineering to lead multiple teams within the Consumer and Community Bank - Tokenization domain of Payment, overseeing daily implementation activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and actively contributing to coding.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Demonstrated hands on experience with Java/J2EE, including core APIs, web services, multi-threaded programming, XML, design patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture
- Strong hands on experience building microservices with Spring Boot and event-driven architecture; with NoSQL/SQL databases (Oracle, Cassandra), including data modeling; and with Kafka
- Experience with Cloud/AWS technologies
- Proven ability to independently design, develop, deploy, and support medium to large Java SOA applications, including client interaction, requirements validation, system design, and production support
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit5 and Cucumber
