JPMorgan Chase is looking to guide multiple teams to success within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology team by leading daily implementation activities and ensuring compliance with standards, business requirements, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with AWS services, Python, Java, API, Micro services, spring boot and SQL
- Hands-on technical experience in Java with Data background
- Experience building Data Pipelines
- Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Practical cloud native experience
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
- Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration
- Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
- Manages stakeholder relationships and the team’s work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements

- Identifying and escalating issues

Other
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
- Experience leading technology projects and Experience managing technologists
- Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
