- Proven track record in Inside sales
- Proven track record in inside sales management, particularly in SaaS sales

Responsibilities
- Personally own an inside sales quota while leading the inside sales team, balancing individual contribution with team leadership to drive performance, model accountability, and reinforce a results-oriented culture.
- Guide and inspire a dedicated team of inside sales Account Executives, setting high standards for sales performance and customer engagement excellence.
- Leverage data-driven insights to formulate and implement strategic sales plans targeting both new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including those arising from mergers and acquisitions.
- Embrace and exemplify the principle of extreme ownership, assuming full accountability for your team’s results, including achieving and surpassing set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), while adeptly navigating any challenges encountered.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development within the GovTech and technology sectors, using this expertise to enhance gWorks' competitive edge and market positioning.
