Requirements

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that helps to manage the creation, production, and post-production of video and graphic projects for T-Mobile’s marketing and internal communication teams.
  • Communicate with production, editorial, graphic, post-production, creative, content management, studio management and legal teams, as well as corporate partners, to implement, track and deliver a variety of projects.
  • Help lead, coordinate and monitor projects from inception through production, post and delivery to ensure accurate completion of all creative details.
  • Consolidate and execute multiple rounds of nuanced feedback from various teams and senior leaders.
  • Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, planning, and quality control.
  • Source and license content from studio libraries, stock sites, and music houses.
  • Work with internal and external clients to ensure timely production of creative materials, often on tight schedules.

Other

  • 6 years’ experience in video production and post-production.
  • At least 1 year experience working in an ad agency, newsroom, or corporate in-house studio.
  • BS degree or equivalent training in film studies, media, communications, or related field.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.
