Ticketmaster is looking for a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to drive product experimentation strategy across all product areas, ensuring statistically sound and scalable experiments, and building a culture of test and learn at speed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis across web and mobile e-commerce environments.
- Working knowledge of feature flag systems and experimentation platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely or similar.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to implement flag-based testing, and scale experimentation infrastructure.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with large-scale data environments (e.g., Google BigQuery).
- Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, or other analytics tools to supplement experimentation analysis.
- Working knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo to visualize experiment results and business impact.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and automate dynamic models for reporting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key digital metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy.
- Utilize A/B testing to uncover behavioral patterns, optimize user flows, and deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Work closely with engineering partners to establish and govern feature flag frameworks, and data instrumentation standards that support experimentation.
- Build strong relationships with product managers, analysts, and technical stakeholders to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous learning.
- Partner with analytics and research teams to triangulate quantitative and qualitative insights, enriching our understanding of customer behavior and surfacing new growth opportunities.
- Build test variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS without requiring developer support on every idea
