Responsibilities
- Collaborating to assist in setting the category strategy for Private Brands
- Building relationships with suppliers, merchants, business partners and other Private Brand team members
- Influence decisions about nearly every aspect of your products including replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing
- Delivering on Key Business metrics
- Knowing your category: you'll know your private brand customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business
- Quality: Quality will be a constant area of focus, both in continuous improvement but also in maintain business required systems and protocols
- Analyzing performance, understanding trends, and translating results into product and brand execution
