O’Neil Digital Solutions (ODS) is looking for a Product Engineer Manager to lead a team in providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, ensuring effective customer solutions and technical support.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management or Sales in a technology-related environment.
- Familiarity with B2B or print-related e-commerce applications is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product engineering team in assessing customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
- Oversee the analysis of customer information to formulate Functional Specifications and Design projects.
- Manage and define the project scope, vision of success, stakeholder requirements, and resource allocation.
- Direct a multi-disciplined team and serve as a liaison between IT Managers, development staff, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure product applications/solutions function according to specifications and provide consultation to prospective users.
- Drive the development of new digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Other
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of hands-on leadership experience in customer/technical support.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting technology solutions.
