HCA Healthcare is seeking a Manager Product Management to ensure high-quality, efficient care for patients by leading and directing the ITG team responsible for supporting the Hospital Based Medicine (HBM) service line of Clinical Services Group.

Requirements

  • Experience with Hospital Based Medicine (HBM) service line applications
  • Knowledge of QGenda, Medaxion, NeoData, and other relevant healthcare systems
  • Understanding of data management and informatics in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with system integration and data migration efforts
  • Knowledge of APIs and interfaces for healthcare data exchange
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and HCA standards
  • Experience with IT project management and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing analysts responsible for implementing and supporting the HBM service line applications
  • Responsible for managing the development, testing and deploying HBM solutions across the enterprise
  • Develops strategy, plans and leads initiatives that supports the HBM service line and aligns with the enterprise goals for information, data management and informatics
  • Oversees the build, configuration, deployment and implementation of key HBM solutions: QGenda, Medaxion, NeoData, etc.
  • Designs and develops data modules, APIs and interfaces for exchange of healthcare data that meets HCA’s security and data exchange standards
  • Define system architecture and technical solutions that ensure scalability and compliance with healthcare regulations and HCA standards
  • Manages day-to-day operations of products in the HBM portfolio, including incident management, user support and regulatory compliance

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a related position required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
