AssistRx is transforming patient access and adherence through innovative solutions that connect patients, providers, and life sciences companies. Our connected therapy ecosystem helps patients start and stay on therapy faster. The Manager, Product Marketing will be a strategic and hands-on contributor responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that bring AssistRx’s solutions to life.

Requirements

  • Skilled in lifecycle marketing, ABM, content strategy, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Figma, Confluence, WordPress, Pendo, and social management or survey tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, SurveyMonkey).
  • Familiarity with UAT and demo environments to support product adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, measure performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product launches—ensuring alignment from awareness to adoption.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to create impactful tools, talk tracks, and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity and improve retention.
  • Conduct competitive, market, and customer research to identify emerging opportunities and optimize product strategies.
  • Craft differentiated messaging, positioning, and use cases based on market trends, buyer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop and execute integrated product marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and retention across AssistRx’s product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-impact content that reinforces AssistRx’s position as a trusted leader in patient support technology.

Other

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech (SaaS), or patient support services.
  • Demonstrated success leading go-to-market programs that achieve measurable growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Adept at managing cross-functional projects and building alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven, creative, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
