Meta is looking for an experienced people manager and organizational leader to join their Product Operations team to support Social Experiences, Search and Meta AI on Facebook. The role aims to improve user experience by identifying substandard experiences, evaluating improvements, and creating insights to fix them, ultimately ensuring every user interaction works well.

- Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with deadlines
- Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs

Responsibilities
- Create structure for your team to solve ambiguous business problems
- Be directly responsible for large projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in support of Meta’s initiatives
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the priorities of the product teams you support and lead your team in providing data-led recommendations
- Establish team goals, aligning with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results
- Elevate the quality of service delivery to product teams leveraging operational best practices and proactively identify and improve operational efficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Other
- 5+ years in tech, consulting, operations, project management or other related experience
- 3+ years of direct people management experience in a highly agile, project-based environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to improve product features, operational workflows, or program outcomes
- Previous experience evaluating AI solution proposals to assess their impact on business goals and technical feasibility
