The company is seeking a Product Manager to guide the development of Specialty Benefit products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals. The role aims to drive growth, improve customer experience, and support strategic objectives through effective product management.
Requirements
- Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration based on user feedback.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on usage, retention, and revenue trends.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunities.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's Degree in related field considered a plus.
- Four (4) years experience in a leadership role.
- Four (4) to six (6) years experience in at least two subject areas; benefits, health care delivery systems, information systems, marketing, operations, product development or sales.
- The ideal candidate has experience in Product Management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and to work with internal and external clients to identify needs and develop solutions.
- Ability to lead a team and to work effectively with all areas of the corporation.
- Possess a high degree of creativity and the ability to work independently.
