Visa is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Manager to lead efforts in measuring product ROI, centralizing performance reporting, and driving process improvements across Product and Technology teams to inform investment decisions, accelerate delivery, and enhance product outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience implementing centralized reporting systems for product performance
- Proven success in Agile transformation initiatives
- Understanding of payment product economics
- Experience in change management and organizational design
- Demonstrated experience in product and technology operations, analytics, and process implementation
- Strong program management skills. Able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Solid understanding of financial metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, profitability) and adoption metrics (e.g., usage, retention)
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain KPIs to assess product and technology effectiveness and efficiency.
- Establish and operationalize product ROI measurement across the three VAS business units translate insights into actionable investment recommendations.
- Serve as a reporting SME across systems, supporting cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a centralized dashboard for financial, adoption, and sales metrics.
- Develop consolidated reporting across headcount, finance, and investment, leveraging AI tools for automation.
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives related to portfolio operations.
- Drive adoption of new processes (e.g., centralized product development intake).
Other
- Manage the cadence of investment and funding requests by coordinating training, communication, and reporting across business units.
- Create and deliver communications and collateral to support product and tech teams.
- Manage feedback channels and prioritize iterative improvements based on cross-functional input.
- This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
