Requirements
- A strong strategic approach with 3+ years prior experience in Data Management and Data Governance
- Prior experience (3+ years) analyzing and implementing policies and standards, including technology policies and standards
- Experience gained at large US and / or global financial institutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with policy and standard owners and their teams across the enterprise to identify data-related requirements that require updates to policies, standards, and other supporting documentation
- Identifying changes within other policies and standards that have an impact on Data Risk and data-related policies
- Draft and maintain materials related to cross-risk operationalization and control requirements
- Collaborating across the Enterprise Data Office teams to ensure policy and standards requirements across risks are holistic and consistent
Other
- Detail oriented with a high degree of personal accountability; strong self-starter with an ability to autonomously multi-task and meet competing deadlines
- Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders to achieve aggressive goals
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a manner consumable by a broad stakeholder base, including a senior executive audience
- Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, using structure, influence, and prioritization to keep the work and team on track
