Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
- 5+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP PP module
- 3+ years of SAP PP/ SAP manufacturing business process design experience
- 2+ years of direct configuration or solution design experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: EWM, MM, QM, or TM
- Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP PP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- 4+ years’ experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP PP, end-to-end full lifecycle implementations
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PP client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
- Develop strong client relationships, guiding teams in developing business requirements and functional designs.
- Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and contributing to sales and proposal efforts.
- Promote knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in forums and developing tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and supporting successful project outcomes.
- Engage with SAP’s latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.

- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Previous experience working directly for a “Big 4” consulting firm (Preferred)
- Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations (Preferred)
