CLA is seeking a Manager of Application Developer to lead a team of software developers, ensuring the planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and services meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in software development, in a leadership or management role.
- Understand and champion Agile and DevOps principles with your leading of the development teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of software development.
