Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a 5-8 person development team
- Partner with team tech lead(s) to drive the domain’s architecture and technical direction
- Work with the Product team to clarify requirements, facilitate discussion, and track implementation/release dates
- Create strong relationships with team, peers, and the myriad of other organizations PayPal collaborates with daily
- Own and drive work effectively, communicating both inside and outside the team to understand dependencies and deliver the right platform capabilities
- Lead the build and enhancement for a suite of tools that allow U.S. and international credit customers to easily finance their everyday purchases
- Deliver new features, react to customer feedback, help to ensure quality, work closely with Product team, and ensure compliance
Other
- Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Partial telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance
