Requirements
- 5+ years of Python experience
- A strong technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles
- Meaningful experience working on an AI/ML product
- Proven experience managing and leading engineering product releases
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with 0 to 1 product builds
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions
- Planning, prioritizing, and executing software development projects
- Working closely with product management to define product roadmaps
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and career development
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top engineering talent
- Fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
