Drive the adoption of standardized tools, processes and metrics in the Engineering Enablement Team and support technology transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years previous experience as a developer in one or more of these technologies: Java, Javascript, Python, Node.js, Angular, and React
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Maven and GitHub
- Working knowledge of DevOps, CICD and related automation to help improve productivity
- Working knowledge of Test and Quality excellence especially via Automation
- Cloud: GCP and AWS
Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates work for highly technical teams delivering on technology transformation initiatives
- Manages work and projects on a day-to-day basis for projects undertaken by the Engineering Enablement Team
- Reviews and audits the technical work of members of the team
- Manages and monitors time, scope and cost for the projects based on the identified requirements
- Fosters a continuous improvement mindset
Other
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
- Typically a minimum of 6 years of related professional experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position
