Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) needs to modernize and rationalize technical debt across enterprise applications by implementing reusability-focused and cost-effective platform-based solutions to support global Cast experiences and Park Operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressively related experience in the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira in an Agile development practice.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and partner with business and technology teams to define technical roadmaps and decisions
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, global technology initiatives (e.g., Maximo).
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies, application scalability, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experience in Project Management, including tracking multiple concurrent projects against both timeline and budget.
