Requirements
- Java, J2EE, Spring Boot – Strong backend experience.
- Front end frame works like ReactJS/VueJS/Angular – Hands-on front-end expertise.
- AWS - Cloud deployment expertise.
- Database Design - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Architectural Design - Experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Hands-on experience working within CI/CD environments, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Hands on work with APIs, REST and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of passionate developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
- Design scalable and robust solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
- Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Monitor and optimize applications platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team members and share knowledge through training and workshops, building a culture of learning and excellence.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud computing, with deep expertise in AWS platforms and cloud automation.
- 5+ years of proven leadership managing technical engineering teams, driving projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and partner effectively across diverse teams.
