Jellyfish is maturing and experiencing record growth, requiring an expansion of its Engineering team. The company needs an Engineering Manager to lead and scale its infrastructure and development capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and fostering high-performing engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong interest or experience building and leading teams developing SaaS platforms, including shaping team structures and ways of working
Responsibilities
- Lead an engineering team responsible for supporting our development, staging, and production infrastructure and expanding its capabilities.
- Support other teams with observability, technical enablement, and incident support.
- Provide a voice in technical decision making through architecture, design, code review, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement in your team’s process, delivery, and quality
- Partner with other EMs, team leads, and product managers to identify the highest impact opportunities and align your team's efforts to overall company strategy
- Directly manage engineers on your team and may matrix-manage other engineers in the organization as needed.

- Occasional travel may be required.
