The Engineering Manager will be responsible for architecting, coding, and scaling systems while leading a high-performing team in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team building document intelligence, medical record analysis, and legal AI assistants.
- Architect and scale cloud-native AI systems using distributed systems, serverless frameworks, and multi-model architectures.
- Translate LLM, RAG, and generative AI research into production-ready solutions trusted by attorneys in high-stakes cases.
- Ship fast—prototype, iterate, and deliver features that directly improve attorney outcomes.
- Stay hands-on with architecture design, open-source AI tools, and performance tuning.
- Own product delivery end-to-end—from whiteboard to production deployment.
