Verisk is looking to hire a Team Lead to partner with Engineering Manager, Product Management, QA, and UX to design solutions and align delivery with company objectives. The role involves setting clear goals, monitoring team and individual performance, upholding quality and architectural standards, and driving continuous improvement in people and process.
Requirements
- Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, .NET (C-Sharp), PostgreSQL, AWS, or similar web frameworks and technologies.
- Software development experience with deep technical understanding and hands‑on proficiency.
- Agile fluency (Scrum/Kanban) and understanding of iterative, incremental development.
