Requirements
- deep expertise in modern backend and/or frontend technologies
- Expertise in at least one or more cloud platforms like AWS
- Expertise in at least one or more software programming languages such as Typescript, Python, React and Node
- Proven track record of successful software execution and delivery
- A passion for clean architecture, scalable systems, and continuous improvements
- Experience working in agile environments and driving engineering best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining critical services and platforms.
- Drive technical excellence and operational rigor across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and performance optimization.
- Foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of mentorship, team development, hiring and software delivery
