ServiceNow is looking to solve the problem of managing product development activities, integrating AI into work processes, and driving collaboration with multiple teams on technical integrations to directly impact end users.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
- Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
- An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
- Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
- Experience using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
Responsibilities
- Manage product development activities
- Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
- Manage daily activities of the development team
- Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
- Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team
- Drive collaboration with multiple teams on technical integrations which directly impacts the end users
- Execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes

- Must be eligible for a work persona (flexible, remote, or required in office) based on the nature of the work and assigned work location
- Must be willing to work in a location that is subject to change based on work location
- Must be able to obtain export control approval from government authorities for certain individuals, if required
