Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong hands-on technical background, and more than 7 years in people management.
- Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams, with the ability to mentor and motivate engineers at all levels.
- Deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade financial services systems.
- Strong technical fluency in object-oriented programming languages and cloud-native service development, preferably on AWS.
- Expertise in software engineering methodologies, architectural frameworks, and operational strategies.
- Proven ability to implement best practices, foster continuous improvement, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget, utilizing methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
